More Sports, Less Fat
Everybody has their own way in decreasing their fat. One of the good ways to do is doing sport. It is said that doing sport can burn fat on our body. Playing volleyball, football, badminton, and jogging are some kinds of well-known sport that we can do everyday. Some people prefer doing gymnastic than another sports. In fact, all sports have the same purpose. They all can make our body become healthy and surely can decrease fat.
